Role:

The Assistant Parts Manager will play a crucial role in the operations of our dealership. They will assist the Parts Manager in overseeing the parts department, ensuring efficient inventory management, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Parts Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the parts department Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks Assist in training and supervising parts department staff Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance in finding the right parts Process orders and handle parts returns

Requirements:

Prior experience in automotive parts department management Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their functionalities Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment Strong communication and customer service skills
