- Parts manager: Oversee a profitable, efficient Parts Department Train, manage, and develop a high-performing team Establish pricing strategies to drive profitability and maintain high CSI Monitor sales, costs, and inventory levels Support technicians by providing necessary parts without service delays Assist customers with parts purchases and inquiries Maintain a well-stocked, clean, and organized department
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience as a Parts Manager , or as a strong Wholesale or Counterperson ready for the next level A reputation for acting with integrity, being reliable, and delivering quality work Leadership qualities grounded in accountability, communication, and service Proficiency in automotive parts systems and software High school diploma or equivalent A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass standard pre-employment screenings
