We are seeking an experienced, highly-motivated leader as Team Lead – Logistics to own safety, inventory transaction accuracy, inbound/outbound freight optimization, and delivery of the right parts, to the right place, at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of warehouse.
Lead Logistics Associates through formal training and standard work activities.
Support warranty returns process.
Support inspection process of incoming material.
Process leader for receipt of inbound material and outbound shipments.
Timely creation of procurement requisitions.
Root cause analysis and prevention of inventory, material transaction, and invoicing errors.
Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma.
5+ years warehousing experience.
3-5 logistics experience.
3-5 years supervisor or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience operating powered industrial trucks/forklifts.
Experience utilizing SAP and Microsoft Office.
Experience with safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
