About this opportunity Supply Chain Coordinator will plan, direct and coordinate planningand scheduling of operations in Extrusion and Slitting. Duties andresponsibilities include formulating policies, managing dailyoperations, and long-term planning the use of systems, materialsand personnel to accomplish the tactical and strategic objectivesof Extrusion and Slitting. What you will do Facilitates a culture of safety, health, and environmentalawareness. Supports all activities in developing, implementing, andmaintaining quality and food safety management system Report any quality and/or food safety problems to personnel ofauthority to initiate action. Responsible for all Extrusion and Slitting planning andscheduling functions to include obtaining raw materials, packagingand shipping suppliers, scheduling orders to be manufactured andshipped in time to meet customer requirements. Work closely with customer service manager and customer servicerepresentatives to ensure customer needs are being met. Participate in weekly conference calls with sales and customersas required. Partner with Business Develop and TC Sites to understandforecasted annual / monthly forecasted demand by end customer andstructure. Develop min / max inventory levels for each resin grade to meetforecasted demand. Responsible for understanding customer have ready dates andscheduling Extrusion and Slitting to meet customer demand. Take a lead role in Microsoft Dynamics AX improvement effortsas it pertains to the Operations side of the ERP System. Work with Production Manager and TC engineers to utilize andintegrate Brueckner ONE to support TC processes. Take a lead role in coordinating and negotiating price for TC’sexternal recycling and scrap management of extruded material. Partner with Operations, Finance and Quality to ensure allprocess paperwork is developed, completely accurately and supportsdata entered in AX System. Plan production activities and establish production prioritieswith Lead Operators and Supervisors. Communicate scheduling and production issues with theappropriate department heads. Communicate scheduling and production issues with appropriatecustomer service representative. Participate as an active member of the plant safety steeringcommittee. Review daily, weekly and monthly production performance. Coordinate orders to be sent to sister plants as needed. Facilitate daily production meetings with Extrusion departmentrepresentatives. Use systems to help establish production schedules. Working with the customer service manager set and distribute amonthly shipping forecast based on projected shipments andhistorical trends. Monitor production backlogs. Work with the production manager to establish weekend workschedules. Review and approve raw material purchase orders. Participate in inventory actions as needed. Meet all expectations related to performance management. Oversee, manage and conduct cycle counts, month end inventory,and year end inventory. Item builds for production runs in AX. Responsible for mass balancing work orders in both Extrusionand Slitting. Responsible for timely close out and confirmation of allproduction orders. What you have to offer High School, prefer BS in Supply Chain Management or relatedfield or equivalent job specific work experience. Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant work experience inmanufacturing, plastics, preferably film production. Knowledge of planning and scheduling concepts and applications.

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus. Knows the formal and informal plant goals, standards, policiesand procedures which may include some familiarity of other plantsand corporate guidelines. Sensitive to the interrelationship of both people and functionswithin the facility Advanced level of experience with
