Parts Manager:
Oversee department personnel and ensure that they follow assigned work schedules and adhere to company policy. Oversee all transactions and inventory. Hire, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of parts employees Manage Parts department to achieve superior results in production, customer service and financial performance. Achieve monthly sales and gross forecasts; seek and solicit new business for the department and maintain high CSI. Prepare and administer an annual operating budget. Oversee parts payment collection and billing. Ensure that a balanced inventory is maintained. Ensure that the computer system, prices and policies are kept up to date. Enforce safety requirements and federal, state and local regulations that may affect operations Qualifications/Requirements –
Parts Manager:
Previous Parts Manager experience is a plus, but Parts Counter experience is required Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Ability to lead a team and drive department success Proficiency in automotive parts systems and software Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Stable work history Please upload your resume.
