Tennessee:
Hixson, East Ridge and Cleveland. We have new and different merchandise arriving weekly. We offer prices starting at 20% less than traditional big box retail stores, and pass savings onto our customers. Our plan is to grow through retail commerce by offering quality name brand products at a discounted price. We are looking for additional Team members. Our customers are met with a friendly smile at the register, see a neatly stocked sale floor, and receive assistance with finding their items of choice. DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Provide excellent customer service. Unpack, stock, restock, and rotate merchandise. Build merchandise displays. Clean and organize. Set up displays. Load Merchandise into customers vehicles. Ability to work a rotating, flexible schedule. Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.
KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:
Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills. Follows safety policies and practices. Ability to read and follow merchandise presentation guides. Ability to stock merchandise.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Previous retail experience. Previous Inventory Management. Customer service experience preferred.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Frequent walking and standing. Bending, stooping, and kneeling. Stock merchandise. Ability to push and or pull carts. Handle containers, two-wheel dollies, and pallet jacks. Lifting up to 40 pounds; occasional lifting of up to 70 pounds. Occasional climbing up to heights of six feet.
