POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Supply Chain Director to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations in a fast-paced eCommerce and retail environment. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence from sourcing to final delivery, while driving efficiency, accuracy, and quality across all supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in managing relationships with vendors, distributors, and co-manufacturers to support the company’s growth and performance goals.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee all aspects of Purchasing, Demand Planning, Inventory Management , and Logistics Develop and track key Supply Chain KPI’s and financial metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to consistently meet and exceed operational goals. Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Product Development teams, and lead the Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) process. Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance supply and demand , minimize excess stock and prevent stockouts. Manage and optimize procurement and sourcing strategies , including vendor selection, contract negotiations and supplier performance to ensure cost-efficiency and continuity. Integrate supply chain operations with product development , including R D sourcing, contract manufacturing, and early-stage production support. Enhance and streamline freight logistics, warehouse operations, and material flow to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines. Utilize NetSuite ERP and WMS systems to build dashboards and perform data-driven analysis that supports decision-making and operational efficiency. Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency , reduce costs, and enhance service levels. Oversee relationships with co-manufacturers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products aligned with business goals. Perform additional duties and special projects as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field. MBA a plus Proven background in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or manufacturing industry 10+ years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility in purchasing, supply chain management and logistics 5+ years of proven experience managing and developing a high-performance supply chain team Experience directing co-manufacturing partners Outstanding analytical skills – ability to define problems or opportunities, collect data, establish facts and present solutions to optimize cost, efficiency and performance. Project management skills – Will have demonstrated the ability to push projects to completion with sound planning and persistent execution Superior communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to align supply chain with business objectives. Adept negotiation skills Experience developing and managing budgets for warehouse, office, and tariff expenses Commitment to the highest levels of ethics and integrity

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT

Must be able to sit/stand for 8 hours Walking, bending, light lifting up to 50 lbs
