May 9, 2025 3rd Shift Logistics Supervisor – Gestamp Chattanooga Chassis III Role Summary Responsible for supervising the people and the daily operations of the following areas. Shipping, receiving, warehouses, cycle counting. Key Responsibilities Reviews customer pull sheets and prepares loads sheets and communicates requirements to all shipping personnel. Monitors out going customer shipments to ensure ASN’s are sent accurately and timely in addition that all shipping documents are completed correctly. Reviews all incoming component schedules are met and insures product received in timely and correctly. Manages all material movement from the dock to the warehouse. Insure all colleagues are scanning correctly in to warehouse locations and again scanning correctly when placing product in the outgoing drop zone. Reviews inventory locations within SAP for scanning discrepancies. Confers with other departments to coordinate flow of material and resolve errors. Prepares cycle count schedule along with insuring the cycle counts are being completed. Analyzes cycle count adjustments to ensure accurate inventory accountability and makes recommendations to the Materials Manager. Monitors suppliers and commercial carriers to ensure that deliveries scheduled are consistently met and any error rectified in a timely manner. Monitors container management. Insuring the customers are sending in containers daily as well as the shipping personnel are sending WIP containers back to the suppliers. Keeps a container management file. Manages the damaged rack process within the plant. Manages component warehouse ,FG warehouse, and storage trailers.( 5S) Writes procedures as directed for Receiving, Material Flow, etc. Assists in training as required. Participation in the Layered Process Audit schedule. Participation in the Internal

6.3, and customer standards. Performs special projects and other duties as assigned. Key Qualifications / Requirements 2 years’ supervisory experience in a logistics environment managing forklift equipment and internal material movements. Exceptional computer skills, particular with Excel and Production and Inventory Control Systems Must speak English. Knowledge or willingness to learn Spanish is a plus. Knowledge and Education BS in Operations Management, Logistics, or other similar type of business curriculum.-or- 5 plus years’ experience in a scheduling/inventory control role in a manufacturing environment; experienced in warehouse management.
