The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the staff, equipment, materials, relationships, and processes related to purchasing, inventory control, and logistics. Job Duties:
Develop, support, and implement strategic and tactical plans to achieve the lowest possible COGS, minimize sourcing risks, ensure inventory protection and accuracy, and optimize supplier performance and shipping accuracy. Establish KPI and visual management tools to best monitor performance of the supply chain and internal practices. Ensure ERP data integrity of all parts and materials purchased and/or inventoried. Work closely with sales and logistics to ensure finished product is compliant with export regulations by ensuring the accuracy and availability of material sourcing data. Works closely with finance in planning monthly material expenditures and resolving inventory and invoicing discrepancies. Manage inventories in our Knoxville factory. Play an integral role in the Engineering Change Management (ECM) process both in initiating requests (ECR) and ensuring timely implementation (ECI). Drive supplier response to Non-Conformance Review (NCR) activities to ensure both effective root-cause data collection and prompt corrective action. Actively support and contribute to programs and initiatives such as Lean implementation, Sustainability, and

2015. Travel domestically and internationally up to 10%. Accept additional duties as they arise.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required. Five (5) years management experience required, preferably in a manufacturing environment of complex/engineered to order products. Ten (10) years procurement and inventory control experience required. Skilled in coaching individuals and developing high-performance teams. Skilled in maintaining ERP data (IFS preferred), implementation experience strongly desired. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly with financial reporting. Experience with import and export regulations is a plus. ROHS experience a plus. Lean Manufacturing experience, independent certification is a plus. Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
Requirements:
Occasional lifting and carrying up to fifty (50) pounds; requires extensive standing, walking, stooping and bending. Requires good organizational skills. Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Authorized to work in the United States.
Position Type:
Full-time (40+ hours). Traditional Monday-Friday schedule. ONSITE located in Knoxville, Tennessee. Occasional overnight travel may be required including internationally. Total required travel is less than 10%.
