Warehouse and Parts Manager Laundry Systems Sevierville, TN 37862 Overview We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse and Parts Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and manage inventory of parts. This dual-role position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage both warehouse staff and parts inventory to ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock audits, and manage parts inventory levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
• Monitor and manage the budget for warehouse operations, including labor and inventory costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs and support overall operational goals.

Skills Proficiency in systems related to inventory management and logistics. Experience with supplier management and negotiation skills. Familiarity with warehouse operations and best practices in inventory control including forklift operation. Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and suppliers. Proven experience in warehouse management and inventory control, preferably in a leadership role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. High school diploma or equivelant.
