This role is crucial in ensuring that our dealership operates smoothly by managing inventory, procurement, and logistics related to automotive parts. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for the automotive industry, along with the ability to lead a team effectively. Duties Manage and oversee the inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels of automotive parts. Coordinate procurement management activities, including sourcing and purchasing parts from suppliers. Establish pricing strategies for parts to remain competitive while maximizing profitability. Utilize automotive diagnostics knowledge to assist customers and service technicians in identifying the correct parts needed for repairs. Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts for automotive service operations. Supervise warehouse management practices, ensuring efficient organization and storage of parts inventory. Implement and maintain systems for tracking inventory levels, orders, and deliveries to streamline logistics operations. Train and mentor staff on best practices in parts management and customer service. Qualifications Proven experience in a dealership environment or similar automotive setting is preferred. Strong understanding of inventory control methods and procurement management principles. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge is essential. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in warehouse management techniques and logistics coordination.
