About the Role Reporting to the Senior Director of Distribution & Logistics in Collierville, Tennessee, the Inventory/Project Manager works with the 3Pl provider, other stakeholders & leads the strategic development and execution of all Inventory & DC Projects. This position will work closely with the 3PL provider to ensure daily completion of all inventory related tasks. This role is accountable for the inventory of finished goods and for managing procedures such as the cycle count program, proper storage, outside storage locations, product transfers & inventory adjustment activities with WMS. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement & drive successful implementation of innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately processed & validated Maintain inventory accuracy & data integrity. Met and maintain inventory accuracy goals & conduct annual Physical Inventories Partner with 3PL provider to ensure all process are completed daily Manages all DC related efficiency Projects. Lead cycle counting and reconciliation processes. Create Loc’s in WMS & validate Dim’s for all sku’s & DC locations. Manage Cycle Count team, Internally & 3Pl. Coordinate & Manage All Inventory/Slotting Projects Ensure All Locations are counted 4 X per year. Track Daily/Weekly/Monthly Inv Accuracy Track DPMO and work with 3PL provider to decrease DPMO. Track Items & Customers with the highest error rate & work towards a resolution Create PowerBI Reports/Dashboards Manage root cause analysis to reconcile discrepancies (internal or customer reported shortages/overages) Streamline process’s that impact inventory control and reduce errors. Drive Operational improvement partnering with the Senior Director and local 3Pl. Manage internal Efficiency projects. Accountable for all DC related finished goods & managing procedures for proper storage and all inventory adjustment activities within JDE. Required Experience Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience 5+ years using inventory control systems 3+ years’ experience with ERP and WMS 5+ years’ experience conducting quarterly/annual physical inventory audits Highly proficient using Microsoft Outlook, Excel 3+ years’ experience-Advanced Microsoft Excel experience Previous success driving process improvements that resulted in greater efficiencies and/or direct cost savings.
