As the Logistics Supervisor , you lead the delivery team behind On Deck Deliveries and similar high-performance clients. You’re responsible for day-to-day route execution, truck readiness, field support, and the development of our drivers and helpers. This is an office-based leadership role that connects dispatch, warehouse, and ops strategy. You don’t ride the truck—you make sure it launches on time, runs safely, and returns clean and compliant. Core Responsibilities 1.
