The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to coordinate tasks effectively. This role requires hands-on involvement in various activities, including heavy lifting and route driving, while maintaining high standards of customer service. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in heavy lifting, moving, and packing tasks. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations. Train and mentor team members on best practices in moving operations and customer service. Communicate effectively and transparently with customers. Experience Proven experience in a supervisory role within a moving or logistics environment. Familiarity with commercial (CDL not required.) Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Experience handling heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently. Previous experience as a mover or driver.
