Key Responsibilities:
Routine Maintenance Scheduling:
Develop and manage a comprehensive routine maintenance schedule for all vehicles.
Inspection Routines:
Establish inspection protocols to ensure all vehicles meet safety and operational standards.
Record Keeping:
Maintain detailed maintenance records for each vehicle, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Vendor Management:
Collaborate with vendors to negotiate service contracts and secure the best pricing for maintenance services.
Reporting:
Provide regular reports on vehicle conditions, maintenance schedules, and any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
Experience in fleet management or vehicle maintenance. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and team members.
