We’re growing fast and seeking smart, reliable, and experienced Foremen who are ready to take charge, lead teams, and elevate our job sites to the highest standard. This job is in Alaska, and travels frequently.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and coordinate fencing and traffic safety guardrail installation crews on commercial and government job sites.
- Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met at every phase.
- Travel statewide to job locations; overnight stays are part of the role (accommodations and per diem provided).
- Maintain clear communication with project managers and subcontractors.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in commercial fencing and/or traffic safety guardrail installation
- government project experience is a major plus.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage crews effectively.
- Willingness to travel and work out of town as needed.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently under tight timelines.
Requirements:
Experience in fencing and/or traffic safety guardrail installation on commercial or DOT projects. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required. CDL preferred but not required. We would be willing to train the right person to be licensed. Must pass a pre-employment drug test. Able and willing to travel and stay out of town for extended periods. Strong leadership and crew management skills.
