We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bilingual Medical Transportation Coordinator to manage and coordinate transportation services for worker’s compensation claimants. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with diverse populations and providing language support is a plus.
Bilingual Medical Transportation Coordinator Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Coordination:
Arrange and confirm transportation for clients, ensuring punctuality and appointment alignment. Verify logistics prior to each trip.
Provider Management:
Coordinate with transportation providers and monitor performance. Address and resolve service issues.
Administrative Support:
Maintain up-to-date records, documentation, and communications.
Problem Solving:
Quickly address delays, cancellations, or no-shows with effective solutions.
Customer Service:
Deliver responsive, professional support to clients and providers.
Language Support:
Arrange interpretation or bilingual assistance as needed during transport.
Reporting:
Prepare and manage transportation service reports and records
Bilingual Medical Transportation Coordinator Qualifications:
2-4 years of stable customer service experience Fluent in English and Spanish, required Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
