11:00 PM – 6:30 PM (Full-Time depending on needs)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused In-Store Route Supervisor to join our team at Pinch A Penny Store 179. In this role, you will act as the communication hub between our in-store operations, service technicians, and customers. You’ll ensure that all route services are scheduled and executed smoothly, and that both technicians and customers are on the same page.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret technical service notes from field technicians. Troubleshoot service issues by working directly with technicians to find solutions. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain services, updates, and answer questions. Manage daily service routes, coordinate scheduling, and make adjustments as needed. Ensure accurate records of service visits and technician feedback are maintained. Support overall store operations as needed, especially during peak times.

Qualifications:

Experience in a customer service or supervisory role (pool industry experience a plus). Ability to read and understand technical notes and service documentation. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks.

Tech-savvy:

able to use route management software, tablets, or scheduling tools.
