Lawn Care Crew Member

We’re Looking For:

6+ months of residential lawn maintenance experience preferred (but not required for Crew Members) Valid Florida driver’s license required for Route Manager position Clean driving record preferred for all positions Reliable, hard-working team players with a positive attitude Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!

Crew Member Responsibilities:

Operate lawn maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Work under direction of Route Manager to complete daily jobs Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team Perform physical tasks (lifting/pushing 50+ lbs, walking large yards, etc.)

Route Manager Responsibilities:

Lead a lawn maintenance crew and manage daily service routes Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on every job Communicate with team members and customers Operate equipment and assist with hands-on tasks as needed Qualifications for
