Job Description

Petroleum Transportation Fleet Manager 1.9 1.9 out of 5 stars Tampa, FL SWTO is Immediately Hiring a Fleet Manager! •Candidate must reside in FL• We compliment 7-Eleven’s existing carrier portfolio with a fleet of 170 power units, operating primarily in the Southeast US. Our 420 drivers will deliver ~1.7 billion gallons of gas, diesel and ethanol, mainly to retail convenience stores and commercial fueling centers. Responsibilities:

Manages, hires, trains, evaluates and motivates the Regional Transportation team, which includes immediate reports and their subordinates Assists in the development of policies, programs and procedures for the fleet transportation system Manages and assists in the coordination of activities of transport personnel that are responsible for loading, transporting and offloading of product Oversees and assists in the design, development and implementation of plans regarding fleet vehicle schedules licensing and maintenance Ensures all employees are trained and in compliance with all transportation policies, procedures and programs Develops departmental budget, establishes direction and sets priorities for spending based upon Company guidelines and strategies.
