Route Supervisor – Fort Myers, FL 2.7 2.7 out of 5 stars Fort Myers, FL System 1, Inc. is searching for a reliable employee to fill a Route Supervisor position in the Fort Myers area for commercial sites. Includes company vehicle and cell phone. Hourly pay is dependent upon experience. The successful candidate must have a solid work ethic, be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Will also need to have some on-call availability for emergency situations.
Availability:
Monday-Friday (Day Shift)
Responsibilities:
General janitorial–Trash removal, cleaning restrooms, low/high dusting, and floor cleaning; including but not limited to vacuuming & mopping large areas. Conducting Monthly Inspections Ensuring delivery of supplies to facilities. Maintaining safety and security of facilities. Maintaining entryway glass and lobby areas. Ensuring janitor closets meet company safety and cleanliness standards. Following company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Some multi-site commercial janitorial experience is required. Employee must be able to climb ladders and tolerate frequent bending and lifting.
