Minimum 2 Years Moving Experience (residential and/or commercial) Valid Driver’s License Experience driving box trucks (16ft to 26ft) Proven experience in crew management and leadership Dispatcher and job coordination experience Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly Excellent customer service and communication skills Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude

Key Responsibilities:

Drive company moving trucks safely and efficiently Load and unload household or commercial goods Supervise and coordinate moving crew on job sites Communicate with customers and dispatchers regarding job status Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain company reputation Handle inventory, paperwork, and daily job logs Train and mentor new crew members Office work Taking calls/making calls
