PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
As a Transportation Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to oversee day-to-day drivers’ compliances.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-trip/post-trip inspections Safety compliances and ELD Work with our mechanics to get problems resolved Provide technical support for the Fishbowl project Ensure compliance with regulations, and resolve any transportation-related issues Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee timely and efficient delivery of goods.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience within the transport sector Meticulous attention to detail Good computer skills and the ability to learn how to use software quickly Problem-solving abilities Exceptional communication skills Outstanding time management and organizational skills
EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING
High school education A degree in logistics, business management, or a related field is preferred Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish is preferred.
