Chauffeur & Fleet Manager Limo Miami Miami, FL 33134 Overview We are seeking a dedicated Chauffeur and Fleet Manager to oversee our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of vehicles, including SUVs, Sedans, and Vans This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to ensure that all vehicles are maintained in optimal condition while adhering to safety regulations and company policies. Duties Manage the day-to-day operations of the fleet, ensuring efficient scheduling and utilization of vehicles. Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs, coordinating with service providers to ensure timely servicing. Monitor driver performance and compliance with safety regulations, providing training as necessary. Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, maintenance schedules, and repairs. Develop and implement policies for vehicle operation, maintenance, and safety protocols. Collaborate with other departments to ensure transportation needs are met effectively. Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to assess their condition and safety features. Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies necessary for vehicle maintenance. Qualifications Proven experience in fleet management or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and repair. Experience with various vehicle types including limousines, shuttle driving, box trucks, school buses, delivery drivers, and van driving is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with drivers and service personnel. Ability to work flexible hours as needed based on operational demands.
