THE POSITION
Main Activities and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Venue Transport Manager, the Deputy Venue Transport Manager will be a key member of the FIFA Club World Cup 25 Transport team and will work in close collaboration with FIFA25 Operational Services Team and other key individuals responsible for delivering the conceptual and operational planning as well as overseeing all Transportation Operations rendered to FIFA Constituents at the official FIFA Club World Cup 2025 stadiums :
Coordinate with key stakeholders and Transport Integration team to obtain appropriate agreements and approvals
Coordinate with all FIFA25 Constituent Groups and transport systems to ensure plans are developed to fit within overall transport proposals
Work closely with existing Stadium teams to coordinate FIFA Constituent Group transport provisions and access to/from stadium and venues
Work closely with the Security team to ensure transport plans are coordinated with the appropriate security provisions
Assist preparing risk analysis and developing mitigation strategies
Liaise with bus operations staff and fleet operations staff during operational period to ensure a successful transportation operation
Work with chosen suppliers/contractors within the various parking/traffic management/load zone locations
Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure Traffic Management Plan is aligned with the transportation operation
Management of transport information desks
Training and supervising volunteers and contractors Responsible for management of VAPP boards and transport load zones at each venue
Responsible for placement, control and storage of transport related

Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Transport, Civil Engineering, Project management, Event Management, Major Sport events or a combination of education and experience relating to position.
Master’s Degree is an additional asset. Work Experience
Minimum of 2-3 years Transport work experience: ideally within the football, sport, or event industry or 2-3 years of experience as a Deputy Venue Transport Manager.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from support staff, managers, and clients.
Must be motivated, capable of working independently, and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience working with public and private sector partners in a collaborative environment and ability to build strong partnerships.
Knowledge of transit operations involved in moving Client Groups by vehicles, including city layout. Languages
Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus Technology Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
