The job duties will include:

Monitoring:
Tracking the real-time location, speed, and route of trucks using GPS and other tracking systems. 2.
Communication:
Maintaining regular contact with drivers to ensure smooth operations and provide updates on routes, weather conditions, or any changes in schedules. 3.
Dispatching:
Coordinating truck routes based on delivery schedules, dispatchers requests, and traffic conditions. 4.
Documentation:
Maintaining accurate records of truck movements, including departure times, arrival times, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays. 5.
Troubleshooting:
Identifying and addressing issues or delays in truck operations, such as breakdowns, accidents, or detours, to minimize disruptions and ensure timely deliveries. 6.
Customer Service:
