Company and Position Summary We are a growing pool services company seeking career-minded Pool Service Manager / Route Manager like you to join our team full-time. We are looking for talented individuals interested in a longer-term career with opportunity for greater income and responsibility. You must have pool technician experience, management experience and enjoy managing people. Responsibilities will include managing Pool Technicians and servicing a small route in Loxahatchee and temporarily assisting in managing Pool Technicians and making service calls in Boca Raton. Please be prepared to travel to Boca Raton when needed. We will temporarily provide a take-home vehicle while assisting in Boca Ration and all of the tools and equipment necessary to perform your duties. You should also be prepared to cover pool service routes when technicians are out sick, on vacation or as otherwise necessary. This is a requirement of every manager and owner of the Company. Pool service is the foundation of our business. The work days for the position will be weekdays with occasional Saturday work due to weather, holidays or other make-up times (no Sundays). Compensation Salary of $55,000 to $67,600 will depend on pool and management experience. Salary is paid weekly in arrears. Performance Bonus paid in December and July. Job description – Your Primary responsibilities will include: Servicing a pool route of approximately 40 to 50 pools per week . You must be flexible regarding the pool route, which can change based on company needs. Maintaining workdays, which shall begin at about 7:00am and not end before all Pool Technicians have completed their work or approximately 4:00pm. Managing all aspects of Pool Technicians, including, but not limited to: (1) Reviewing with Pool Technician their duties for the day, (2) Motivating the team and maintaining positive morale, (3) Utilizing Pool Service Software and understanding pool route details and the status of pool issues, (4) Managing filter cleans and replacement and spot checking pool cleanliness and water chemistry, (5) Coordinating chemical and equipment supplies and purchases, (6) Monitoring Pool Technician uniform appearance (7) Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and maintained. Fostering and supporting the Company’s mission, core values and goals as described in the Bonus Plan (to be provided) Communicating in person and by phone with customers. Maintaining customer satisfaction by inspecting, assessing and addressing customer complaints and requests . Performing remodel and new customer start-ups. Performing common and routine repairs. Pricing new accounts for service.

Collateral responsibilities include:

Providing ongoing training for new and experienced Pool Technicians. Maintaining cleanliness of your company vehicle. Maintaining a small inventory of commonly used parts and cleaning equipment. Assisting in delivering and picking up your vehicle for maintenance and repairs. Job requirements – You should have: Ten-years of total work experience, Two-years experience as a company employed Pool Technician. Four-years out-door work experience, and Two-years experience leading and managing people. A valid driver’s license with a three-year (3-year) clean driving record (no accidents, speeding tickets, etc. We will check driving record prior to hiring) Strong interpersonal skills and confidence The ability to learn quickly through hands-on experience A positive attitude with clean-cut appearance (no offensive tattoos and plan to cover tattoos if there are many due to our clientele) Work experience with the ability to work outdoors in heat and rain Management experience with the ability to work with multiple personality types and challenging employees The capability to lift pool items up to 40 to 50 pounds occasionally Must pass a background check and drug test Please email us if you have a serious interest in the position and we will schedule an initial videoconference interview.
