Route Manager Florida Environmental Pest Management West Palm Beach, FL 33404 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Route Manager to oversee the daily operations of our service routes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient route planning, managing service personnel, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to optimizing logistics processes. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective route plans to maximize efficiency. Monitor daily operations, including overseeing technician production. Maintain accurate records of customer / job site preferences, route requirements and driver performance metrics. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate schedules and address customer needs promptly. Analyze data related to route performance and make recommendations for improvements. Skills Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to effectively manage a team. Proficiency in route optimization software and logistics management systems is preferred.
