Role:

We are currently hiring a Fleet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our commercial vehicle fleet. This is a day-shift position with no overnight travel required —you’ll be home every evening. We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, and experienced in managing vehicles, drivers, and logistics to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable fleet operations. Candidates who hold a valid TWIC card are preferred.

What You’ll Do:

Manage day-to-day fleet operations including vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and compliance Supervise and support a team of drivers, ensuring safety and performance standards are met Coordinate vehicle repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance Monitor fuel usage, route efficiency, and fleet costs Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies Maintain records for licensing, insurance, inspections, and service history Collaborate with dispatch and logistics to ensure timely service delivery Report on fleet performance and recommend improvements

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience as a Fleet Manager or in a similar logistics/transportation role Strong understanding of DOT compliance and vehicle maintenance best practices Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Comfortable using fleet management systems and related software Valid driver’s license required TWIC card preferred (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications a plus
