The Opportunity We’re looking for a Fleet Manager who’s equal parts organized problem-solver and inspiring team leader. This is a hands-on role where your sharp eye for detail and natural leadership will keep our operations running smoothly and our clients delighted. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our fleet, ensure every truck is safe and move-ready, and help train and guide our drivers and movers to deliver top-notch service. What You’ll Do Oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring every vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fully DOT compliant Schedule and track maintenance, repairs, inspections, and optimize fleet readiness Train and mentor drivers and moving crews on vehicle safety, proper loading, and outstanding customer service Support routing, dispatch, and move-day logistics to ensure efficient operations Monitor fleet performance, spot improvement opportunities, and implement smart solutions Maintain precise records of maintenance, fuel usage, mileage, and inspections Ensure every load is secured with care, protecting both our clients’ belongings and our vehicles What You Bring Experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics (moving industry a plus!)
