WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Route Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of pool service technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role is essential to the success of our operations and the maintenance of strong customer relationships.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Supervise and coordinate daily pool maintenance routes to ensure timely and efficient service. Train, mentor, and evaluate pool service technicians to enhance performance and maintain high service standards. Conduct regular site visits to assess service quality and address customer concerns. Monitor and enforce safety procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Track technician performance, review work orders, and ensure proper documentation of services provided. Collaborate with management to optimize routes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Handle escalated customer concerns and service complaints professionally.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR A
valid driver’s license and reliable transportation The ability to pass a background check Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset 2+ years of experience in pool maintenance, service, or a related field. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred. Knowledge of water chemistry, pool equipment, and maintenance best practices.
