Assistant Weddings & Events Transportation Coordinator Location:

Atlanta, GA (On-site)

Job Type:

Full-Time | 40 hours/week

$25 per hr. + commission + benefits Are you organized, personable, and passionate about creating seamless event experiences? Atlantic Limousine, a leading transportation provider with over 80 vehicles and more than 100 professional chauffeurs, is seeking an Assistant Weddings & Events Transportation Coordinator to join our team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients planning weddings and special events—selling, coordinating, and managing transportation logistics from initial inquiry to final ride. What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients—qualifying leads, asking the right questions, and capturing details accurately understand the needs of the customer through listening and visualization and the ability to upsell them based on their actual needs
  • Plan and coordinate transportation logistics for weddings and events
  • Manage the wedding calendar and booking process from start to finish
  • Communicate daily with internal teams: Dispatch, chauffeurs, and fellow coordinators
  • Confirm orders and follow up with clients via phone and email
  • Represent the company professionally by being the voice and face of the weddings department
  • Manage company presence across social media platforms Work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to remain calm and professional during high pressure situations Ability to remain calm and professional during high pressure situations. What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in the weddings or special events industry (required)
  • Strong customer service and phone communication skills
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with basic computer programs and spreadsheets
  • A flexible schedule based on the needs of the operation including slow and peak season, some evenings, and the ability to assist on some busy weekends
  • A degree in a hospitality related field preferred
  • Reliable transportation to our office in Atlanta is essential
  • A professional demeanor and appearance are always expected What We Offer
Base Salary:

$25 per hr.
