Experienced Luxury Transportation Chauffeur Manager Confidential 2450 Pleasantdale Road, Atlanta, GA 30340 Job description Chauffeur Manager Reports directly to upper Management, this position will be responsible for managing a group of Independent Contracted Chauffeur & Bus Drivers. This candidate must have 2+ year’s driver management experience in hiring, training, recruiting and coaching staff. Must have a flexible scheduled. Qualifications In this position you must be a self-starter, able to work in a fast paced environment under stressful situations and in a deadline driven work place. Candidate must be able to work independently and pay attention to detail.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH DOT REGULATIONS/COMPLIANCE, DOCUMENTATION, AND INSPECTIONS MUST HAVE

knowledge of CDL requirements/compliance Strong organization skills are a must. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must have proven ability track record to manage and lead people, Able to multi task with strong follow-up skills. Must know how to use a computer and i-Pad/Apple products. Candidate must be familiar and compliant with DOT rules and regulations. Duties Responsible for solving all customer and driver related issues in a timely fashion Review all logging for DOT for accuracy You will interface with your drivers on a day to day basis assisting in their success within the company. You will be held accountable for making sure our Chauffeurs are always providing good customer service to our clients. Must be able to recruit, train, hire, develop and discipline drivers.
