Must Have Skills:

1. Ability to driver 26Ft truck / DOT Medical Card (Fill in for drivers as needed) 2. Experience in last mile delivery. 3. Ability to travel to different location in your area to billed report with leadership. (Travel Reimbursement) 4. Experience with on road DOT safety/training. 5. Experience with audits and compliance

Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in Operations and/or Logistics Management/Transportation Ability to Drive 26-foot box tucks ( Ops Manager in this role are hands on ) Ability to go into the field and perform Space and Visibility rides.
• Preferred deep understanding and knowledge of the home appliance industry, including installation.
• Excellent communication and time management skills desired.
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and telephonic instructions.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be flexible, team player, problem solver, good attitude.

Routing:

• Assist with opening driving routes daily.
• Monitoring drivers and their routes.
• Ability to use routing software.
• Ability to route daily stops per day.
• Schedule and confirm delivery teams daily.
• Proficient with mapping locations and giving directions.
• Communicate with drivers and contact customers when required.
• Implement tasks, create reports, assist with daily operational needs, and complete assignments at General Manager’s direction.

$60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
