School Transportation 7D Company Manager Director

Bates Avenue, Quincy, MA 02169 A fleet of 100 vehicles company in Quincy, MA, mostly 7D cars providing students transportation. We are looking for a high-energy, smart, and motivated individual to help manage and grow our transportation company. The person we’re seeking needs to have the ability to keep our current customers (Schools and Parents) happy and find creative ways to bring in new accounts and clients. You won’t be alone. Our leadership team is dynamic, involved, and they will also support and reward your efforts. The person we are looking for must have 5-7 years of experience managing the operations of a 7D School transportation company and must be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment. They also must be able to grow the business, to communicate well, to build and maintain relationships, to work well with customers, to manage and monitor the staff. You will also need to keep our drivers on the road and busy; make sure that the mechanics are keeping our fleet of vehicles in good condition; make sure that the facility is clean, safe, and compliant; staff the dispatch staff so that our customers stay happy, and ensure they’re routing efficiently; manage A/P and A/R.
