- 4:30 pm Ability to work weekends and holidays per business needs is required Responsibilities Support docking operations, including manual docking in TMS and carrier training Provide weekend dispatch, customer service, and OS&D support, including load coverage and issue escalation Follow up on late loads and provide updated ETAs to warehouses Coordinate freight movements across multiple transport modes (truckload, LTL, intermodal) Optimize load planning and routing using TMS to improve efficiency Resolve real-time delays and exceptions through carrier and stakeholder communication Analyze transportation data to enhance service levels and drive continuous improvement Maintain and update the after-hours carrier contact list Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Logistics and Supply Chain is preferred but not required 1•2 years’ experience in logistics or transportation operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is required Experience in SAP, TMP, or other ERP software preferred Self-motivated and capable of working independently without direct supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, critical thinking, planning, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and effectively communicate with both internal and external team members Primo Brands’ established portfolio includes billion-dollar brands Poland Spring® and Pure Life®, premium brands like Saratoga® and Mountain Valley®, regional leaders such as Arrowhead®, Deer Park®, Ice Mountain® Ozarka®, and Zephyrhills®, purified brands, Primo Water® and Sparkletts®, and flavored and enhanced brands like Splash® and AC+ION®.
