Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies
• Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Coordinate with various departments to optimize productivity and customer service
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies when necessary
• Implement strategies to enhance overall operational efficiency

Skills:

• Customer service experience
• Ability to operate a box truck for transportation needs
• Proficiency in loading and unloading goods
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients
• Familiarity with Fedex P&D services and route driving
• Capable of heavy lifting as required
• Experience with manual transmission vehicles
• Previous work as a van driver is advantageous
