What You’ll Do:

Performance Game-Changer
Design and deploy network-wide KPIs to keep performance razor-sharp and transparent
Own reporting systems that give real-time insight across all DCs — daily, weekly, monthly
Dive deep into data to diagnose inefficiencies and spotlight improvement opportunities
Keep senior leadership in the know with performance trends and action-ready insights
Architect of Standards
Build and enforce best-in-class operational standards across all distribution centers
Lead the creation and evolution of SOPs that become the playbook for excellence
Launch training and audit programs that ensure every team speaks the same operational language
Chair the Standards Committee, balancing innovation with consistency
Partner with local leaders to tailor standards without compromising network alignment
Design change management strategies that actually stick
Strategic Force Multiplier

Launch initiatives that drive cost savings, service improvement, and operational efficiency

What You Bring:
The Basics:

Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus)
10+ years in distribution operations, with 5+ leading people and projects
Proven history of driving operational transformation and measurable performance gains

Your Toolkit:

Expert in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling through numbers
Proficient with WMS, lean tools, and continuous improvement methodologies
Bonus points for PMP or other project management certifications

Leadership DNA:

Big-picture thinker with sharp problem-solving skills
Influential communicator who can drive change at all levels
Battle-tested in leading cross-functional teams through change and complexity

Other Musts:

Willing to travel up to 40% to stay close to the action
Comfortable working in both warehouse and office environments
