FedEx Contractor seeks safe and experienced delivery drivers to operate delivery trucks for deliveries and pick-ups at homes and local businesses. Candidates who are hired will undergo a training period that will relate to the operation of company technology (package scanners) and safe driver training.
Background requirements of this position:
You must have one year of commercial driving experience (driving as all or part of your job) in the past three years, or five years experience in the last ten years and that history can be verified through your former employers. You must have an excellent driving record in order to apply for this position. You must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug test. Passing a background criminal background check means you have no misdemeanor record related to theft, violence or drugs and no felony conviction of any nature. Salary:
Our pay is competitive. Starting pay is $130 per day for first 5 days of training. On going compensation once driving a route is $140•$180
Work Week:
Our business operates seven days a week, however, employees have flexibility in which days are worked. Most full-time employees work 5 days, but specific days are negotiable.
