Job Description:
This position manages the daily operational business requirements of the center including safety processes, service elements, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This position manages Labor cases and Human Resources (Workday) updates. This position manages various On Road activities as well as coordinates end of day service provider routine. This position covers On Road, Package Dispatch, and manager responsibilities as needed. This position trains, coaches, and supervises others.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs key performance indicator analysis for high gain employees Provides performance recap for manager’s results and expectations daily Oversees part-time center supervisors and ensures daily tasks and training are completed Reviews and updates the customer experience dashboard, onboards new customers Performs general dispatch planning and adjustments with a daily review of the RTWs Manages on road dispatch and communicates service provider load adjustments to the others Coordinates vehicle lineup with various groups, including dispatch and wash Prepares discipline, grievances, and service provider concerns Monitors the GSHRMIS dashboard and all safety compliance components Covers Business Manager responsibilities when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a working knowledge of UPS Software and Systems including Time and Labor, DCS, ODSe, GTS, Workday On Road experience and PDS Skills including knowledge of DPS, DMS, and Dispatch Principles Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Card Potential to go On-Road to complete SWM and ESTA Observations are also required weekly Coverage of
PTPCS SRC
cases and coordinating those tasks

Knowledge of Preload operations Familiar with processes in the following groups:
