  • Manage driver’s home time and productivity
  • Provide information in a timely manner to Load Coordinators and Load Planners
  • Track and trace all drivers to their final destination to maintain on time delivery
  • Monitor outward facing cameras and coach events to ensure driver safety
  • Monitor hours of service to ensure strict compliance to the DOT rules
  • Complete verbal checklists to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
  • Ensure that periodic maintenance for tractors is scheduled
  • Coordinate driver random drug screens with Safety Department
  • Additional duties as assigned Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • No transportation experience required, will train Skills and Personal Characteristics
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organized & able to stay focused in a noisy environment
  • Computer skills
  • Knowledge of geography of the United States
  • Self-motivated
  • Patient
  • Flexible
  • able to work a half day every 4th weekend
  • Willing to work until tasks are completed
  • Knowledgeable with hours of service and DOT regulations a plus
