- Manage driver’s home time and productivity
- Provide information in a timely manner to Load Coordinators and Load Planners
- Track and trace all drivers to their final destination to maintain on time delivery
- Monitor outward facing cameras and coach events to ensure driver safety
- Monitor hours of service to ensure strict compliance to the DOT rules
- Complete verbal checklists to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
- Ensure that periodic maintenance for tractors is scheduled
- Coordinate driver random drug screens with Safety Department
- Additional duties as assigned Education and Experience
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- No transportation experience required, will train Skills and Personal Characteristics
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Organized & able to stay focused in a noisy environment
- Computer skills
- Knowledge of geography of the United States
- Self-motivated
- Patient
- Flexible
- able to work a half day every 4th weekend
- Willing to work until tasks are completed
- Knowledgeable with hours of service and DOT regulations a plus
