The ideal candidate will manage route efficiency, ensure safety compliance, and lead our driver teams across multiple service lines including commercial front load, rear load residential, municipal contracts, and roll-off dumpster rental services. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily route operations for front load, rear load, municipal, and dumpster rental services Manage driver schedules, route optimization, and service efficiency Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, OSHA safety standards, and company policies Conduct driver training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary Handle customer service issues and route adjustments Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports Work closely with dispatch and customer service teams Respond to emergency situations and service disruptions Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in waste management, transportation, or logistics supervision Valid CDL (Class A or B preferred) with clean driving record Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with route management software and basic computer skills Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and occasional weekends Preferred Qualifications Previous waste management industry experience Experience with front load, rear load, and roll-off operations Supervisory experience in a unionized environment OSHA 30-Hour certification What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive health benefits package Retirement plan with company matching Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle provided Opportunities for career advancement Stable, growing company with excellent reputation Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Capable of working in all weather conditions Must be able to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods
