Dispatcher Position Available In Monmouth, New Jersey

Dispatcher Greensite Concrete Washout Farmingdale, NJ 07727 We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Dispatcher to support Concrete Washout Solutions, servicing the Pennsylvania and New Jersey territories. Although this role will coordinate logistics for out-of-state operations, it will be based out of our Farmingdale, NJ office . The Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling, routing, and coordinating daily service operations to ensure timely and efficient deliveries, pickups, and service calls.

Responsibilities:

Dispatch daily routes for drivers covering Pennsylvania and New Jersey , ensuring efficient scheduling and time management Coordinate with field crews, drivers, and customers to meet service commitments and resolve issues as they arise Monitor GPS and route tracking software to ensure driver productivity and on-time service Handle customer inquiries and service requests, including urgent or same-day needs Communicate with operations team in Farmingdale and local teams in Virginia and Maryland to align on schedules and updates Track and report on service metrics, driver hours, route completion, and compliance Update and maintain dispatch software and logs with accurate, real-time information Ensure DOT and safety compliance in coordination with the Safety Department Provide administrative support for service documentation, job tickets, and daily reports

Qualifications:

2+ years of dispatching experience , preferably in the waste, construction, or logistics industry Strong knowledge of routing, scheduling, and service dispatch operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – must be comfortable communicating across departments and with remote teams Proficient with dispatching software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities Familiarity with DOT regulations and driver compliance preferred

Performance Expectations:

1. Driver Safety Issues & Complaints A running log will be maintained for any safety-related incidents or verified driver complaints. A clean record or minimal issues will help support eligibility for the full incentive amount. 2. Dispatch Spreadsheet Accuracy Accuracy will be monitored by comparing dispatch data with sales and accounting records. 3. Intelli-Shift Site Updates Sites must be kept current in Intelli-Shift throughout the month. Periodic checks will be conducted to ensure accuracy and completeness. 4. Timely Truck Maintenance Dispatch is responsible for ensuring trucks are scheduled for preventative maintenance on time. Trucks should not appear as overdue in the system. Periodic reviews will be conducted to verify compliance.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday Based in Farmingdale, NJ office Occasional extended hours may be required based on operational needs
