We are committed to professionalism and community care. Job Summary We are seeking a Transportation Coordinator to help manage and support daily operations across multiple transportation divisions. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth dispatch, accurate scheduling, and real-time communication with drivers and clients. Responsibilities Schedule and assign daily routes for NEMT, school bus, and charter drivers Dispatch drivers and monitor service progress throughout the day Communicate with schools, medical facilities, and clients to coordinate logistics Resolve issues such as delays or vehicle changes in real time Maintain accurate trip records, logs, and reports Assist in compliance with DOT and internal safety protocols Support maintenance scheduling and vehicle assignment Help improve efficiency and customer satisfaction Requirements Experience in transportation coordination, dispatching, or logistics (preferred) Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Excellent written and verbal communication Familiarity with DOT compliance and transportation safety standards Comfortable with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Customer service orientation and teamwork mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience in NEMT, school transportation, or charter services Knowledge of Southern Tier NY and surrounding areas Benefits Competitive wages based on experience Consistent, year-round full-time work Supportive work environment Opportunities for professional growth Direct impact on community transportation safety and service How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed or contact our office:
