Oversees the operational and administrative aspects of a trucking company, ensuring efficient and compliant transportation of goods. Bachelor’s degree Data Analysis Customer Service Route Planning & Scheduling Driver Management Vehicle Maintenance Compliance Budgeting And Finance Management Dispatch Experience Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the trucking company, ensuring efficient delivery schedules and compliance with regulations. Manage a team of drivers, providing training on safe driving practices and vehicle maintenance. Coordinate the loading and unloading of freight, optimizing routes for timely deliveries. Maintain records of vehicle inspections, repairs, and driver performance. Ensure proper handling of various trailer types, including refrigerated and flatbed trailers. Foster a safe and productive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
