As the primary supplier of gasoline and distillate products in Suffolk County, we proudly operate facilities in Port Jefferson, Setauket, and Holtsville, with our headquarters in Melville, NY. Position Summary We are seeking a Terminal Supervisor to lead operations at our Holtsville Terminal. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position oversees the daily operations of the oil tank farm, pipeline, and truck loading rack. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong safety mindset and the ability to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support terminal operators and maintenance crew Coordinate communication with the pipeline control room and company headquarters Ensure product quality control across terminal operations Develop and revise operating procedures in collaboration with management and safety personnel Oversee safety programs, site security, and spill response readiness Conduct quarterly safety training sessions for terminal personnel Enforce company policies and regulatory compliance at all levels Schedule inspections and repairs for above-ground storage tanks and terminal equipment Identify and recommend capital improvement initiatives Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all permits and operational regulations Serve as Operations Chief on the Spill Management Team (SMT) Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in oil terminal operations In-depth knowledge of refined oil products and terminal systems College degree preferred Valid driver’s license and TWIC card Ability to travel up to 10% (mostly for training or industry events) Must comply with random drug and alcohol testing policies

$125,000.00 – $155,000.00 per year
