Duties Start and operate as a solo-operator for one year Successfully complete a two-part program designed to train new transportation company officers in operations and small business management Develop and implement a strategic business plan for the transportation company, including market analysis and competitive positioning. Establish operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery. Recruit, train, and manage staff to create a high-performing team dedicated to customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations. Build relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and regulatory agencies. Monitor industry trends and adapt business strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness. Manage financial planning and budgeting to ensure the sustainability of the company. Oversee marketing efforts to promote services and attract new clients. Qualifications Proven experience in the transportation industry or related field is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
