TASKS:

EXPECT TO HANDLE AY LEAST 10-20 WORK ORDERS PER MONTH

; Turn to include varied scopes of work: minor repairs, drywall patching, painting and touch-ups as needed, basic fixture replacements, minor electrical troubleshooting including replacing outlets, light fixtures or switches, clean and prepare the unit for move-in, including trash removal and final walkthroughs. This project is one of many available to licensed contractors that meet qualifications for a long-term renovation partnership. •
