As Terminal Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of terminal operations — from dispatch coordination and driver performance to financial oversight and customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a balance of strategic planning, team management, and operational execution. Key Responsibilities Oversee all terminal functions including dispatch, staffing, paperwork verification, compliance, and safety. Respond to operational issues after hours and on weekends. Analyze terminal performance and implement solutions to business challenges. Monitor financial performance, including P&L statements, revenue reports, and operating costs. Improve dispatch procedures for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Track driver log hours and ensure regulatory compliance. Supervise hiring, training, and performance evaluations for terminal staff and drivers. Maintain equipment oversight and shop operations, including maintenance and inspection records. Manage terminal inventory, purchases, and security measures. Collaborate with customers to ensure satisfaction and seamless service delivery. Develop and implement operating procedures for new customer requirements.

What We’re Looking For Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in transportation or logistics; terminal management or dispatch experience strongly preferred.

Leadership:

Proven ability to lead teams and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Communication:

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Confidentiality:

Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and discretion.

Problem-Solving:

Adept at using data to drive decisions and adapt to shifting priorities.

Technical Skills:
