Responsibilities:

Provide scheduling requirements to the Terminal Manager for hourly employees in one of the specific operation of the Nashville Terminal. Barge Unloading/Transferring, Rail Car/Truck Loading or Blending/Packaging. Employ and supervise safety procedures as directed by the Terminal Manager. Supervise hourly employees with regard to company policies and procedures. Coordinate with the Terminal Manager and other Supervisors with regard to personnel for terminal maintenance, including some barge or railcar maintenance and repair. Provide information for the monthly reporting and reconciliation of inventories for the Nashville Terminal. Provide direct supervision to all hourly employees in a specific area of Terminal Operation.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution is required Strong organizational, leadership and decision making abilities. Excellent time management skills, critical problem solving skills. Experience in a management role preferred Problem-solving skills with the ability to find creative and practical solutions. Preferably 2-3 years of experience in production or heavy industry. Computer familiarity with programs in Microsoft. Requires physical dexterity and strength to move through close areas.
